About the Job

• We are seeking a Sales Manager who is bold,confident and has a strong presence to proactively identify, approach, engage and convert High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) within airport environments and public areas.
• He/She must have a strong sales leadership experience in Real Estate, and also drive the sale of multi-billion-naira ultra-luxury properties in Banana Island/Ikoyi.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the sales process for Sujimoto’s premium developments
• Close high-value property transactions with HNWIs, UHNWIs, and corporate buyers
• Support business development through strategic client engagement and partnerships
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets
• Attend exclusive events and networking opportunities to identify and engage potential buyers
• Represent Sujimoto at private viewings and high-profile client meetings

Requirements

• 5 –10 years’ experience in luxury real estate or high-ticket property sales
• Proven portfolio of closed high-end property deals (₦500M+)
• Strong network within HNWI and investor circles
• Deep understanding of the Lagos luxury property market
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-management skills
