Job Title: Wellness Consultant

Description

• We are seeking a passionate and client-focused Wellness Consultant to help individuals improve their overall health and well-being.
• The successful candidate will educate clients on healthy lifestyle practices, conduct wellness assessments, provide personalized wellness recommendations, and support clients in achieving their health goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct wellness consultations and health assessments for clients.
• Develop personalized wellness plans based on individual needs and goals.
• Educate clients on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support and motivation.
• Organize and participate in wellness programs, workshops, and health awareness events.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on wellness trends, health promotion strategies, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and wellness teams when necessary.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in wellness consulting, health promotion, customer service, or a related role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coaching, counseling, and motivational abilities.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
