Description
- We're looking for a results-driven Growth Manager – B2B to join our team and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, and client acquisition.
What You'll Do
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Negotiate and close high-value deals
- Track sales performance, conversion metrics, and pipeline health using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success
What We're Looking For
- HND / BSc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related field.
- 3–5 years' experience in B2B sales, business development, or growth roles in fintech, banking sector, edtech, insurance, Saas.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience managing long sales cycles and engaging with senior decision-makers
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize conversion metrics.
Salary
N400,000 net monthly + Commission.
