Job Summary

  • A Young Talent Finance and Sales Executive is a hybrid role for high-potential professionals.
  • It combines financial product knowledge (loans, investments, insurance) with aggressive customer acquisition.
  • The core goal is driving business growth while offering tailored financial solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Prospecting: Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and direct market engagements.
  • Financial Advisory: Analyze client financial needs and recommend suitable products such as credit facilities, savings accounts, and investment portfolios.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage active client accounts, ensure loan repayments, and minimize default rates.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue and customer-acquisition targets.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor financial competitors, industry trends, and provide client feedback to improve internal offerings.

Core Requirements

  • Education: B.Sc. or HND in any Discipline.
  • Sales Skills: Persuasiveness, confidence, and a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Financial Literacy: Strong understanding of basic credit assessment, wealth management, and financial terminology.
