We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Legal Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

• Intellectual Property & Data Protection
• Employment & Labor Law Compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from a recognized institution.
• Call to the Nigerian Bar (B.L) and a valid practising license.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of legal experience, preferably in corporate law, commercial law, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian business and corporate laws.
• Experience in contract negotiation, legal drafting, and dispute resolution.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide sound legal judgment.
