Job Title: FSO HSE Supervisor
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Drive a strong safety culture across offshore operations
- Provide HSE oversight for marine logistics, vessel operations, cargo transfers, and contractor activities
- Lead incident investigations, audits, inspections, and compliance assessments
- Support emergency response, environmental management, and safety improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian regulations, international maritime standards, and company HSE requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/HND in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational HSE, Marine Studies, or related discipline
- 8–10 years of HSE experience in Upstream Oil & Gas
- Minimum 5 years in a field-based HSE supervisory role
- Strong offshore, marine, production, drilling, or well intervention experience.
