Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Industrial Relations & Risk Manager to lead employee relations, labour compliance, community workforce engagement, and workforce risk management across our EPC operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement industrial relations strategies.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution.
- Engage with labour unions and community stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate workforce-related risks.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and Company policies.
- Advise Management on employment and industrial relations matters.
- Support project mobilization and workforce planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Law, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience.
- Previous EPC, Oil & Gas, Construction, or Industrial environment experience is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law.
