Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect / Site Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architectural design, site supervision, project coordination, and ensuring that construction projects are delivered according to approved designs, specifications, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural designs, construction drawings, and technical documentation.
• Develop high-quality 2D drawings and 3D renderings for project presentations.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, artisans, and consultants throughout project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and material usage.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
• Resolve design and construction issues promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in architectural design and site management.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, Lumion, 3ds Max, or similar.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and project management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
