Job Title: Payloader Operator

Location: Ogere-Remo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Payloader Operator to operate and maintain payloader equipment for loading, transporting, and moving materials on construction, agricultural, and industrial sites.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of heavy equipment operations and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate payloader equipment safely and efficiently to load, transport, and move materials.
• Conduct daily inspections of equipment before and after use.
• Ensure proper handling of materials to minimize damage and wastage.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and report mechanical faults promptly.
• Follow site safety regulations and operating procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other operators to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
• Keep equipment clean and in good working condition.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
• Valid operator certification or relevant heavy equipment operating experience.
• Proven experience operating payloaders on construction, agricultural, quarry, or industrial sites.
• Good knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding environments.

Remuneration

• Salary: N200,000 - N300,000 (Based on Experience)
