Job Description
- We are seeking a reliable and organized Logistics Manager to oversee the movement, storage, and delivery of goods for our retail fashion business.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage product deliveries to customers and store locations.
- Supervise dispatch riders and logistics partners.
- Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
- Resolve delivery issues and customer complaints related to logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and deliveries.
- Monitor logistics costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure all deliveries are handled professionally and securely.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years
- Previous experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deliveries and logistics partners.
- Proficiency in record-keeping and reporting.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
