We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales Executive (Real Estate)
Location: Awka, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying business opportunities through calls, networking events, digital marketing and referrals.
- Determining client's needs and financial abilities to propose the most suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Scheduling and conducting site visits, highlighting key features, investment benefits, and the unique value proposition of the listings.
- Acting as an intermediary between buyers and sellers to negotiate prices, finalize terms and draft purchase agreements or lease contracts.
- Continuously monitor competitor activities, current property values and broader economic trends.
- Maintaining post-sale engagement, addressing client concerns and fostering trust to generate repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Development Studies. Or other related courses.
- Minimum of three(3) years of Sales experience, with two (2) years in Real Estate.
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and conflict-res solution capabilities.
- High attention to details and ability to manage multiple clients and property viewings concurrently.
