We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Counselling Psychologist

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for a Counseling Psychologist to join our team and help our patients live better lives by helping them develop problem-solving skills to address anxiety and emotional disorders.
• A Counseling Psychologist’s responsibilities include building relationships with patients by listening and assisting them in developing habits that improve their lives and overcome stress, anxiety, and behavioral disorders.
• Ultimately, you will work directly with patients to understand and address their anxiety and emotional needs to help them live healthier lives.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient consultations to help build patient relationships
• Assess patients and identify their problems
• Create and employ treatment plans
• Evaluate patients undergoing treatment and adjust wellness plans as needed
• Engage in discussions with patients and ensure they feel comfortable
• Record patient information and manage confidential files

Requirements and skills

• Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree and must reside in Lagos. 
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with patients
• Highly analytical mindset.
• Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 per month.
