Job Summary
- We are seeking a customer-focused and results-driven Showroom Manager / Indoor Sales Executive to oversee showroom operations, engage customers, and drive sales.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an excellent customer experience, maintaining attractive product displays, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Handle inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups to close sales.
- Maintain excellent customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
- Ensure showroom products are properly displayed and organized.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate inventory replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, attractive, and professional showroom environment.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Support promotional activities and product launches.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in showroom sales, indoor sales, retail sales, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage customers and close sales effectively.
- Good organizational and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in furniture, interiors, home appliances, building materials, or related industries is an added advantage.
