Role Overview

• We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Marketing Executive to join our travel company in Abuja.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for pitching exciting travel destinations to walk-in clients, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales deals that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Client engagement: Welcome walk-in clients, understand their travel needs, and present tailored destination options.
• Destination pitching: Creatively market and promote travel packages, highlighting unique experiences and benefits.
• Sales conversion: Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Market research: Stay updated on trending destinations, seasonal offers, and competitor activities.
• Promotional activities: Assist in designing and executing marketing campaigns, events, and in-store promotions.
• Customer relationship management: Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and referrals.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance and client feedback to management.

Requirements

• Educational background: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales/marketing, preferably in travel, hospitality, or tourism.
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with strong presentation abilities.
• Sales skills: Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
• Tech proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms.
• Interpersonal skills: Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Goal orientation: Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
