Role Overview
- As Executive Assistant, you will serve as a trusted partner to the Chief Executive Officer, helping maximize effectiveness across both professional and personal commitments.
- Your mandate is to create leverage for the CEO by managing priorities, coordinating schedules, driving follow through, and ensuring that important matters are handled efficiently and professionally.
- This includes supporting business responsibilities, strategic initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and selected personal and family related matters that enable the CEO to remain focused on leading and growing the company.
- You will work across every function within Pika and engage regularly with external partners, customers, investors, service providers, and other stakeholders.
- This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, judgment, initiative, and the ability to execute without constant supervision.
Core Objectives
- Maximize the effectiveness and productivity of the CEO
- Ensure critical priorities are organized, tracked, and executed
- Improve coordination and communication across teams and stakeholders
- Provide trusted support across selected personal and family commitments
- Create structure, visibility, and accountability around key initiatives 31 Balarabe Musa Crescent, Victoria Island
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and prioritization of time
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, preparation materials, and follow up actions
- Track action items, decisions, and commitments arising from meetings and ensure timely execution
- Prepare briefing notes, presentations, reports, and other materials required by the CEO
- Coordinate communication between the CEO and employees, customers, partners, investors, and other stakeholders
- Support leadership meetings, board meetings, and strategic planning sessions
- Assist with project coordination across teams and help ensure execution against company priorities
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and key business information
- Monitor progress against important initiatives and proactively surface risks, delays, or bottlenecks
- Anticipate needs and solve problems before they become distractions
- Coordinate business travel, accommodation, logistics, and itineraries
- Manage selected personal administrative responsibilities including appointments, reservations, errands, family logistics, and service providers
- Coordinate with household, travel, and personal vendors where required
- Assist with special projects and responsibilities that support the CEO’s effectiveness both professionally and personally
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience supporting senior executives, founders, entrepreneurs, or leadership teams
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and follow through
- Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential information with discretion Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership of outcomes
- Strong proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 per month.
