Job Title: Experienced Virtual Assistant (Property, Guest Operations, IT, HR and Administrative Tasks)

Description
- ARO Management is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our short-let property operations across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO and our new internal system via arohub.io .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest communications and booking enquiries across multiple platforms.
- Organise and run team meetings.
- Lead and engage with individual teams within Whatsapp Groups (without asking for permission)
- Solving guest problems through step by step processes.
- Assist with reservation management, calendar monitoring, and booking coordination.
- Review property listings and provide recommendations to improve occupancy, guest experience, and revenue performance.
- Using pictures and videos to conduct checks on properties prior to property being used by a customer.
- Track and analyse booking data, occupancy trends, and other key performance metrics.
- Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Resolve day-to-day challenges independently and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements
- Must demonstrate ability to speak well, have an opinion, demonstrate initiative and creativity.
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Support Representative, or in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, or short-let/property management operations.
- Strong written communication and customer service skills (Candidates will be tested prior to interview).
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ideal Candidate:
- We are looking for someone who takes initiative, thinks critically, pays attention to detail, and can solve problems without constantly asking fordirection. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing guest communications, analysing data, and making recommendations that improve business performance.
- As this is a fully remote role, candidates must have access to a reliable computer, a stable high-speed internet connection, a consistent power supply, and a suitable work environment that allows them to work efficiently and respond promptly to guests and operational matters. Candidates who successfully complete probation, wil lbe offered a laptop and mobile phone.
Salary
N100,000 - N115,000 monthly.
