Accountant (Delta) at Agen Industries

Agen Industries, established in 1980 and covering the south/south region, is a full scale manufacturing establishment in the upstream and downstream sectors of the aluminium and steel roofing industry.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Asaba, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly payroll, PAYE, and pension schedules.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers using Excel or accounting software.
• Perform monthly bank and petty cash reconciliations.
• Monitoring financial transactions, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to internal controls.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all financial processes.
• Prepare monthly and quartely reports on financial status of the company.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with 3-5 years of work experience.
• Candidates must reside in Asaba only.
• The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing internal accounts, maintaining accurate financial records,and ensuring timely remittances to statutory bodies.
• Candidates with upper Degrees will be given preference.
• Only Female candidates can apply.

Salary
N170,000 - N200,000 monthly.
