Agen Industries, established in 1980 and covering the south/south region, is a full scale manufacturing establishment in the upstream and downstream sectors of the aluminium and steel roofing industry.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Recruitment / Human Resources Officer

Location: Benin, Edo

Description

• The Recruitment officer will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, assessing, and hiring qualified talent to support the companybusiness objectives.
• In collaboration with senior management,role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong talent pipelines andensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Applicants residing in edo state are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage end - to - end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Staff attendance monitoring.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate hiring assessments.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and interviewing techniques particularly in technical fields.

Qualfications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Personel Management.
• Excellent communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 monthly.
