Job Title: Relationship Manager
Locations: Eti-Osa, Lekki, Victoria-Island, and Ikoyi - Lagos
Employment Type: Contract → Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, or any 3 days of your choice
Duration: Three (3) Months
Job Summary
- We are seeking an ambitious Relationship Manager responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding qualified members into the platform.
- The ideal candidate will spend 100% of their time meeting prospects, attending events, making follow-up calls, and converting qualified leads into active members.
Member Categories
Standard Members:
- Nigerian Expats – Successful Nigerians living and working abroad.
- Diaspora Alumni – Diaspora Nigerians who are graduates of foreign institutions.
- Business Moguls – Influential business executives, professionals, and industry leaders in Nigeria.
Business Members:
- Business Owners & Executives – Founders and senior business leaders.
- Professional & Investment Firms – Advisory, professional service, and investment businesses.
- Growth-Focused Businesses – Businesses seeking access to high-net-worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify qualified members within assigned territories.
- Schedule and attend in-person meetings with prospective members.
- Onboard qualified standard & business members.
- Maintain regular phone and WhatsApp follow-ups with prospects.
- Attend networking events, business gatherings, and industry functions.
- Build referral relationships with existing members
- Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Meet weekly and monthly membership targets.
Daily KPI Targets
- 5 new standard membership applications submitted
- 2 new business membership applications submitted
Weekly KPI Targets
- 15 outbound calls to standard members and 6 to business members
- 15 WhatsApp follow-ups with standard and 6 with business members
- 15 new standard membership applications submitted
- 6 new business membership applications submitted
Ideal Candidate
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or relationship management.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Familiar with Eti-Osa, Lekki, Victoria-Island, and Ikoyi business districts.
- Confident using phone calls and face-to-face meetings to secure membership registrations.
Compensation & Performance Incentives
- Base Salary: N80,000 per month
- Weekly Commute Support: N10,000 per week
- Commission: N10k/m on all Standard Membership or N50k/m on all Business Membership sold.
Membership Packages
- Standard Membership: N0 for 2 introductions, but N75,000 monthly for 6 HNWI introductions
- Business Membership: N2,500,000 quarterly for 20 HNWI intros + 12 deal distribution monthly.
