Job Title: Cost Controller

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Controller (F&B) to join our dynamic hospitality team.
  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing inventory, controlling costs, and supporting financial efficiency within our Food & Beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inventory counts of food and beverage stock.
  • Monitor and analyze F&B costs, preparing variance reports and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B Manager to ensure accurate menu pricing.
  • Generate periodic cost control and inventory reports.
  • Ensure compliance with purchasing, receiving, and issuing procedures.
  • Support staff training on cost control policies and inventory procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in cost control within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting and inventory management systems.
