We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Client Advisor Personnel

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Role Overview

• Client Advisors are the face of Alma's on the floor. You are responsible for delivering a warm, knowledgeable, and conversion-focused customer experience.
• You will be a key driver of floor sales, maintain the presentation standards of the space, and build genuine relationships with clients that bring
  them back.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage all customers entering the store with genuine warmth and brand-appropriate service
• Understand customer needs and guide them through the product offer with confidence and styling instinct
• Drive floor conversions and consistently work towards personal and team sales targets
• Maintain the highest standards of product presentation, folding, hanging, and general floor tidiness
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
• Build and maintain client relationships: logging purchases, following up, and creating a reason to return
• Support the Senior Client Advisor and Retail Manager with floor tasks, product moves, and team activities
• Stay up to date on current stock, new arrivals, and product details to advise clients confidently

Requirements

• 1–2 years' experience in a retail sales or customer service role
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Target-driven with a competitive but collaborative approach to sales
• Reliable, punctual, and professionally presented at all times
• Basic numeracy and comfort using a POS or retail management system
• Fluent in English; additional Nigerian languages are an advantage

Desirable:

• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer retail
• Active interest in Nigerian and international fashion trends
• Degree or HND in any discipline
