Job Title: RS-Crude & ENA Warehouse Officer

Location: Sango - Ota, Ogun

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, store, and dispense RS-Crude and ENA in line with approved handling procedures.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Conduct routine stock counts and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damages.
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of products to maintain quality and prevent contamination.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Comply with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards relating to hazardous and flammable materials.
  • Report and assist in the management of spills, leaks, and safety incidents.
  • Prepare dispatch documentation and maintain accurate warehouse records.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND in any related discipline.
  • 2–5years' experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or FMCG/manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and safety procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
