Job Overview

• We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Manager to oversee business operations, drive revenue growth, manage staff performance, and support the company's marketing and social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily business operations.
• Supervise staff and ensure high levels of productivity and performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and business growth.
• Oversee social media activities and content creation to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor business performance and prepare periodic reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years' experience in business management, operations, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools.
• Professional certifications or management-related training will be an added advantage.
