Position Overview

• We are seeking a highly skilled, professional, and trustworthy Private Chef to manage all culinary operations within a private household.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning menus, sourcing quality ingredients, and preparing exceptional meals that align with the family's dietary preferences and nutritional needs.
• The successful candidate must demonstrate expertise in healthy meal preparation, maintain the highest standards of hygiene, and ensure a seamless dining experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare a variety of nutritious, well-balanced, and delicious meals.
• Specialize in healthy meals, African cuisine, and continental dishes.
• Create weekly meal plans based on the family's preferences and dietary requirements.
• Shop for fresh, high-quality ingredients and manage kitchen inventory.
• Ensure meals are prepared and served on schedule.
• Maintain exceptional standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Properly store food items and minimize waste.
• Follow specific instructions regarding dietary restrictions, allergies, and meal preferences.
• Maintain all kitchen equipment and ensure proper usage.
• Present meals professionally and uphold high culinary standards.

Requirements

• Male/Femalencandidate aged between 25 and 35 years.
• Proven experience working as a Private Chef, Executive Chef, or Household Chef.
• Strong expertise in healthy meal preparation, African cuisine, and continental dishes.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to prepare a wide range of meals with consistency and creativity.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Professional, discreet, and trustworthy demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be highly skilled in cooking.
• Must prepare healthy, nutritious, and hygienic meals.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and professional.
• Must maintain strict kitchen cleanliness at all times.
• Must be able to follow instructions and dietary preferences accurately.
