Job Title: Credit Officer
Location: Abeokuta, Ogun

Responsibilities
- Evaluate loan applications and assess applicants’ financial situations.
- Determine loan eligibility and recommend suitable loan products.
- Manage loan disbursement, collections, and repayment schedules.
- Provide financial advice and support to clients.
- Maintain accurate loan records and documentation.
- Work with the team to achieve loan portfolio targets.
Key Requirements
- Experience in the microfinance sector.
- Strong knowledge of loan origination and loan management processes.
- Ability to assess creditworthiness and manage lending risks.
- Good financial analysis and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
