Job Title: Sales Executive - Retail Banking

Locations: Lafiagi - Kwara; Orile Coker (Surulere) - Lagos; Ijebu Ode - Ogun; Ilesha - Osun & Akure - Ondo

Job Summary

  • We are seeking energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven Sales Executives – Retail Banking to drive customer acquisition and business growth.
  • The successful candidates will be responsible for sourcing new customers, opening and funding accounts, mobilizing deposits, and promoting the bank’s products and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and onboard new customers through direct sales and field marketing activities.
  • Open new savings and current accounts while ensuring complete and accurate customer documentation.
  • Drive deposit mobilization and achieve assigned account opening and funding targets.
  • Promote and cross-sell the bank’s products and digital banking solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage retention and referrals.
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active and funded accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with the bank’s KYC, AML, and account onboarding procedures.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and meet monthly performance targets.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. Degree /HND in any discipline.
  • NYSC completion is mandatory.
  • Maximum age of 28 years.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales experience in banking, fintech, or a related industry is an added advantage.
  • Must be self-motivated, results-driven, and willing to work in a target-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: N199,000 Net Monthly.
