Job Title: Sales Executive (Preferably Female)

Job Summary
- Our client has its Head office in Lagos.
- Due to increasing activities, our client urgently requires the services of Sales Executives who are young, confident, self-driven, and very passionate about sales in the real Estate sector.
- The successful candidates (Preferably Female) will be required to work within Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospects.
- Generate valid leads from online and offline marketing activities.
- Plan and carry out direct marketing and sales of company products and services.
- Carry out market storming activities periodically.
- Oversee ALL aspects of any campaign throughout the entire life span of a product, service, or idea to gain clients, make sales, maintain, and manage client relationships.
- Will be required to manage their time and duties largely by themselves and as may be required by their direct supervisor.
Requirements
Qualification:
- Minimum of OND in any relevant field.
- B.Sc., B.A., or HND in any relevant field.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing job roles is required.
- However, experience in real estate sales will be an added advantage.
Remuneration
- Highly competitive / Negotiable (depending on experience).
- Robust and generous commission structures for every sale.
- Variable bonuses and incentives based on the achievement of targets.
