Job Title: Procurement Manager

Job Summary
- The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing all procurement activities, vendor relationships, cost negotiations, and ensuring timely supply of quality materials to support ongoing construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for construction materials and services
- Source, evaluate, and manage vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate contracts to achieve cost efficiency without compromising quality
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to avoid project delays
- Work closely with project and site teams to forecast material requirements
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry standards
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5-8 years experience.
- Proven experience in procurement within construction or real estate industry
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills
- Good understanding of construction materials and project timelines
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
