Responsibilities
- A result driven leader with a passion for operations, customer service and term management. we are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee our branch operations and drive business growth
- Manage day to day operations of the branch.
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the branch.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor employee performance and conduct regular performance evalutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedcures and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a positive, productive and high performance work envirnoment.
Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 per month.
