Key Responsibilities
Safe & Efficient Transportation

• Transit Excellence: Drive safely by adhering strictly to all local traffic laws, speed limits, and road safety regulations.
• Navigation: Plan the most efficient routes using GPS and real-time traffic apps to avoid delays and ensure timely arrivals.
• Passenger Care / Cargo Security: Ensure passengers have a comfortable ride and that any loaded goods, luggage, or documents are securely fastened and protected.

Vehicle Maintenance & Upkeep:

• Pre-Trip Inspections: Conduct daily checks of the vehicle’s vital systems (brakes, tire pressure, oil/coolant levels, fuel, lights) before hitting the road.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless vehicle, both interior and exterior, ensuring a professional presentation at all times.
• Scheduled Servicing: Track and schedule routine vehicle maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, brake checks) and immediately report any mechanical issues.

Administration & Log Keeping:

• Documentation: Maintain accurate mileage logs, fuel receipts, and delivery records (if applicable).
• Compliance: Ensure all vehicle registrations, insurance paperwork, and driver licenses are up to date and kept inside the vehicle.
