We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Project Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilties
Project Coordination & Field Operations:
- Support execution of assigned projects from initiation to completion
- Assist in coordinating field activities and on-site operations
- Liaise with field teams and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor project progress and report delays or challenges promptly
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate with vendors and service providers on project requirements
- Ensure vendors deliver tasks according to agreed timelines and standards
- Assist in tracking vendor performance and project compliance
- Escalate issues where necessary to supervisors.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare daily and weekly project reports using Microsoft Office tools
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, updates, and expenses
- Compile field data and submit structured reports to management
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all project materials.
Administrative & Operational Support:
- Assist in scheduling and organizing project activities
- Support logistics coordination for field assignments
- Maintain proper records of ongoing tasks and deliverables
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
System & Computer-Based Work:
- Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools for documentation
- Update project trackers and databases accurately
- Ensure proper digital.
Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
