Job Description

• We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Officer to oversee and drive our HR operations.

• Maintain and accurate eCOrdS and HP Sy Stems
• Drive perfomanCe mmagement and development initiatives
• Coordinate and benefits administration

• Handle relations. Ccmflict and discCinary processes
• Support the and of HR poEcies procedure
• Lead HR initiatives that improve efficiency engagement. and overall business performance

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years ooerience in Human Resources or a related roe
• Strong of practices, Labor and systems
• Proven ability to manage HR operations effectively
• Communicati«n and organizational
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
