The company has a team of seasoned professionals with years of working experience and we have successfully delivered various projects in various manufacturing industries.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Account Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The Senior Account Officer is responsible for overseeing financial operations managing accounting records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing startegic financial insights to support business decisions.
• This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to supervise junior accounting staff

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, & analyze financial statements and reports
• Manage general ledger activities, including reconcillations and journal entries Oversee accounts payable & receivable functions
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies Assist in budgeting, forecasting, & financial planning
• Monitor cash flow and financial planning
• Coordinate audits and recommend mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g, ACA, ACCA, CPA) is highly preferred
• 5-8 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software an Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
