We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Associate

Locations: Isolo, Agege, Ikoyi - Lagos, Ilorin - Kwara, Benin City - Edo, Awka / Nnewi - Anambra, Enugu, Ekiti, and Warri - Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Market and promote retail banking products and services.
• Acquire new customers and open new accounts.
• Drive deposit mobilization and revenue generation.
• Carry out cheque pick-ups and revenue collection activities.
• Prepare call memos and target market lists.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding the bank's products and services.
• Reactivate dormant accounts and strengthen customer relationships.
• Assist customers with loan request documentation.
• Promote electronic banking products and services.
• Maintain accurate records and submit activity reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with information security policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Relationship Manager or Business Manager.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in any relevant discipline.
• Previous sales, marketing, or banking experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer service orientation.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of banking products and services.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency in computer applications and banking systems.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Salary
N215,000 net monthly.
