Job Title: Senior Finance Associate

Job Summary
- This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong technical expertise, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly and year-end financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare management accounts, financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger integrity.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Strengthen internal controls and drive continuous process improvements.
- Support audits and manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- ACCA/ ICAN qualification is an additional advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years' progressive finance experience, preferably in a high-growth startup, healthcare, technology, or FMCG environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, treasury, and internal controls.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with ERP/accounting systems.
- Demonstrated ability to own financial processes, solve complex problems, and influence business decisions.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
