Job Title: Ready to Wear Tailor
Location: Olowora Berger, Lagos
Role Overview
- We are seeking two experienced Tailors to drive production for its ready-to-wear and corporate woren's line.
- These are not entry-level roles - the ideal candidates bring precision, speed, and a professional attitude to executing pattern-based garments at a high, consistent Standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute garment construction from approved patterns to finished product.
- Produce RTW pieces across a 450-unit target (3 designs, 3 sizes).
- Conduct self-checks at each stage to minimise errors and rework.
- Flag fabric defects or pattern errors before cutting.
- Meet daily and weekly production target.
- Support fittings and alterations as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' professional tailoring experience.
- Proficiency in machine sewing and hand-finishing-
- Ability to read technical patterns and measurement guides.
- Experience with structured garments (blazers, trousers, pencil skirts) desirable.
- References required.
