About the Role

• TLP Media is seeking a highly creative and unconventional thinker to join our team as a Creative Lead.
• We are looking for someone who is passionate about media, storytelling, and brand building; someone who sees possibilities where others see limitations and can transform ideas into compelling visual and digital experiences.
• The ideal candidate must be innovative, proactive, and capable of leading creative projects from ideation to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction of the company's media and content projects.
• Develop and review creative concepts, scripts, campaigns, and storytelling ideas.
• Identify creative gaps and propose innovative solutions.
• Oversee content creation across digital and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to execute projects effectively.
• Guide talents and clients in developing their personal brands.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging creative tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a creative role within media, advertising, content creation, or a related industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
• Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Proficiency in content creation and creative software/tools is an advantage.
• Passion for media and emerging trends.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
