Job Summary

What You'll Do
- Identify and engage oil & gas companies, energy service firms, contractors, and operators across Nigeria.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Connect with HR leaders, talent managers, and key decision-makers.
- Present tailored recruitment solutions that solve hiring challenges.
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Attend industry events and grow strategic relationships within the energy sector.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a client-facing role.
- Understanding of Nigeria's oil & gas or broader energy sector.
- Proven ability to generate leads and win new business.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with B2B clients and decision-makers.
- Existing network within the energy industry is a strong advantage.
