Job Summary

What You'll Do

• Identify and engage oil & gas companies, energy service firms, contractors, and operators across Nigeria.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Connect with HR leaders, talent managers, and key decision-makers.
• Present tailored recruitment solutions that solve hiring challenges.
• Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Attend industry events and grow strategic relationships within the energy sector.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a client-facing role.
• Understanding of Nigeria's oil & gas or broader energy sector.
• Proven ability to generate leads and win new business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with B2B clients and decision-makers.
• Existing network within the energy industry is a strong advantage.
