Job Summary 

• As the corporate face of the company, the Receptionist manages the front desk ecosystem by welcoming stakeholders, coordinating incoming communication, and managing corporate mail.
• This role acts as a vital
• gatekeeper, ensuring all visitors adhere to strict company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) entry protocols whiledelivering exceptional, customer-centric service.
• Brand Image & First Impression: Serves as the primary touchpoint for high-profile investors, vendors, and clients, directly influencing public and corporate perception of the brand.
• Security & HSE Compliance: Acts as the first line of defense for site security, ensuring no unauthorized personnel enter the facility and that all guests receive required safety briefings. Operational Efficiency: Minimizes administrative friction by seamlessly filtering calls, managing courier logistics, and resolving basic inquiries, allowing internal teams to focus on core operations.

 Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 per month.
