We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Engineering Sales Lead

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Director of Engineering & Technical Sales

Job Purpose

  • The Engineering Sales Lead will lead the engineering sales function, driving revenue through service contracts, spare parts, maintenance kits, and equipment sales while ensuring strong alignment between technical service delivery and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage engineering sales teams, technical sales engineers, and field service engineers.
  • Drive revenue growth across service and maintenance contracts, spare parts, and equipment sales.
  • Own sales targets, pipeline development, forecasting, and execution.
  • Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and commercial alignment.
  • Report sales performance and pipeline updates to the National Sales Lead.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and market expansion strategies.

  • Engineering sales revenue
  • Pipeline growth and conversion
  • Customer retention and contract renewals
  • Team performance and productivity

Requirements
Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years’ experience, with strong exposure to technical sales and engineering services.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and execution capability.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Salary
N350,000 gross / month.
