Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence, create engaging content, grow our online community, and drive brand awareness across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and promotions.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns when required.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
