Work Schedule: Hybrid (4 Days Onsite)

About the Role

• TLP Media is looking for an organized and proactive Program Officer to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of the company's programs and initiatives.
• The ideal candidate should be highly detail-oriented, creative, and capable of ensuring that projects and programs are delivered on schedule and aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee company programs and projects.
• Ensure programs are executed within timelines and budgets.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Develop innovative ideas to improve program effectiveness.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and reports for all programs.
• Ensure smooth execution of events and initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in program or project management.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in media, events, or creative industries is an advantage.
• Female candidates are preferred, though qualified male candidates are encouraged to apply.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
