Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Description
- Our client is looking for sales professionals who can take ownership of a territory, grow our customer base, and consistently meet sales targets.
- Depending on your assigned territory, you’ll either manage a fixed route (TSR), work directly within a high-traffic market (OMSR), or sell from a mobile van across multiple neighborhoods (VSR):
- Territory Sales Rep (TSR)– : Alapere & Ketu environs
- Open Market Sales Rep (OMSR)– : Mile 12 Market
- Van Sales Rep (VSR)– Alapere, Mende, Ketu, Oworoshonki, Shangisha, Ojota
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within your territory
- Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships
- Ensure full coverage of assigned routes, markets, or territories
- Represent RENUZI’s products with strong market and product knowledge
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customers, and stock movement
- Identify new sales opportunities within your territory
Requirements
- Minimum SSCE; sales certifications are an advantage
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role (FMCG background strongly preferred).
- Strong active listening and customer relationship skills.
- Resilience and persistence — comfortable with daily targets and market conditions.
- Good knowledge of the Ojota, Ketu, Alapere, Mende, Oworoshonki, Shangisha, or Mile 12 areas (depending on assigned territory).
- For VSR roles: valid driver’s licence may be required.
Salary
N100,000 - N230,000 per month.
