We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager (HR Consulting)

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for recruitment, outsourcing, payroll, training, and other HR consulting services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and strategic partners to drive revenue growth.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and service pitches to potential clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure seamless handover to service delivery teams.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining an active sales pipeline and CRM records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably within HR consulting, recruitment, outsourcing, or professional services.
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing B2B deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of HR services, labor market trends, and workforce solutions.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
