We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: AI Customer Service Training Officer

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

  • We are looking for an AI Customer Service Training Engineer to help build and continuously improve our AI-powered customer service system.
  • The successful candidate will organize knowledge, optimize AI responses, improve prompts, and ensure that our AI assistant provides accurate, professional, and helpful answers to customers.
  • This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with AI tools, solving problems, and improving business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve the company's AI knowledge base. Create and optimize FAQs, standard operating procedures, and customer service content.
  • Design, test, and refine prompts to improve AI response quality.
  • Review customer conversations and identify areas where AI responses can be improved.
  • Organize product information, policies, manuals, and business processes into structured knowledge for AI systems.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service, Sales, Technical, and Operations teams to ensure AI provides accurate information.
  • Test AI performance regularly and implement improvements based on feedback and data. Update AI knowledge whenever new products, promotions, or policies are introduced. Document optimization work and report progress to management.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Basic familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational and documentation abilities. Ability to learn new products and business knowledge quickly. Self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented. Willing and able to work full-time from the office in Lagos.

Preferred:

  • Experience with chatbots, AI tools, prompt engineering, or knowledge base management. Experience in customer service, operations, content management, data annotation, or technical support. Basic knowledge of automation tools, APIs, or Python is an advantage but not required.

Compensation & Career Growth
