We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Omole Phase 1, Ikeja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation and Management:

  • Create and post engaging content, including photos, videos, and promotional graphics.
  • Develop content calendars and schedule regular posts.
  • Showcase laundry services, special offers, and customer testimonials.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to attract new customers.
  • Promote discounts, seasonal offers, and new services.
  • Run paid advertisements on social media platforms when necessary.

Customer Engagement:

  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints and direct issues to the appropriate department.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers online.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure all social media content reflects the company’s brand image and values.
  • Increase brand awareness and maintain a professional online presence.

Lead Generation and Sales Support:

  • Generate leads through social media marketing.
  • Encourage customers to book laundry pickup and delivery services.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to convert inquiries into customers.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics.
  • Prepare weekly or monthly reports on followers, reach, and customer interactions.
  • Recommend strategies to improve online visibility and customer engagement.

Market Research:

  • Monitor competitors’ activities and industry trends.
  • Suggest new ideas and marketing strategies to improve the company’s online presence.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Growth in followers and engagement.
  • Number of customer inquiries generated.
  • Number of bookings or sales from social media.
  • Response time to customer messages.
  • Increase in brand awareness and customer retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related fields (preferred).
  • Experience managing social media accounts for a business.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing tools and graphic design apps such as Canva.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to create engaging photos and videos.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
