Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Location: Mushin, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Human Resources Officer to join our team in the FMCG Food sector.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and implementing HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the Human Resources function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Monitor staff attendance, leave administration, and disciplinary procedures.
• Performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Handle employee relations matters and resolve workplace issues professionally.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
• Payroll administration and staff welfare activities.
• Coordinate training and development programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' proven HR experience
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional HR certification will be an added advantage.

Salary
N250,000 - N400,000 per month.
