Job Title: IT Quality Assurance Officer

Job Summary
- As an ICT Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer you will ensure that software applications and computer systems meet strict performance, reliability, and security standards.
- You will design testing protocols, detect system bugs, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues before product deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Test Design & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts (both manual and automated).
- Defect Tracking: Identify, log, and track software bugs or performance bottlenecks using tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
- Quality Standards: Ensure ICT systems comply with internal policies, accredited industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Partner with software developers and cross-functional teams to investigate the root causes of issues and verify fixes prior to launch.
- Performance Testing: Evaluate system behaviour, load handling, and integrity under various operational environments.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 6 - 10 years experience.
