Job Title: Business Development & Marketing Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers 
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Managing Director

About the Role

• The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, increasing market share, strengthening client relationships, and leading strategic
• marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development and revenue growth strategies.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Manage client acquisition, retention, and relationship management activities.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and bid documents.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis.
• Drive digital marketing, brand visibility, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
• Represent the company at industry events and stakeholder engagements.

Qualifications

• B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Business Development and Marketing.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and business growth targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Salary Range
N400,000 – N450,000 Monthly.
