Job Title: HR Supervisor

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Head of Human Resources

About the Role

• We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Supervisor to support the development and implementation of human resource strategies, employee
• engagement initiatives, and workforce management processes that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding, and orientation processes for new employees.
• Supervise employee records management and ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
• Manage leave administration, attendance tracking, disciplinary processes, and employee welfare activities.
• Support performance management initiatives, including appraisals, KPI monitoring, and employee development plans.
• Coordinate staff training and capacity-building programmes.
• Handle employee relations matters and facilitate conflict resolution where necessary.
• Prepare periodic HR reports and workforce analytics for management review.
• Ensure compliance with statutory labour requirements and best HR practices.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Degree /HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 4–6 years relevant experience in Human Resources.
• CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or related professional certification will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range
N250,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
